Dr. Lockhart grew up in New Orleans, Louisiana. As an undergraduate he attended Louisiana State University. He attended veterinary school in St. Kitts, in the West Indies, and graduated from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Lockhart performed his small animal internship at VCA Animal Referral and Emergency Center of Arizona. He has one dog named Luna and two cats named Thundercat and Anthony. In his spare time he enjoys hiking, eating sushi, working out, exercising his artistic skills by drawing and painting.

Dr. Capria is my main vet for my two cats, Matilda and Leo, and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. I’ve seen two other vets in the practice too and they all communicate so well with each other, which makes a huge difference.What really sets this place apart is how thorough the visits are. You actually sit down with the vet, in the room and talk through everything. At every other office I’ve been to, you barely see the vet and then get a quick phone call after the appointment. Here it’s the opposite. They take their time, explain everything, and answer every question. Matilda’s dental surgery and Leo’s ear issues have both been handled with so much care. Fair prices, honest answers, and a team that genuinely loves what they do. Text messages and app is very helpful ans well. They are opened 7 days a week! I also have the membership for my two new cats and wow, I saved soooo much money just with in house membership. Highly recommend!

They were all very caring and explained what was going on with my dog and my options I could take we had to put my dog of 11 yrs down they explained the process and we sat with him they checked on us while we sat in the room came in gave him the shot the staff was very companionate and helped me through this

I like that staff is reliable and tell us all our option to keep our pets healthy. the veterinarian give good advice on how keep our pets healthy and gives us updates of when they need vaccination's.
